Having identified a gap in the market during her tenure at her local church, Lauren founded LB Designs & Consulting, LLC. She recognized the imperative need for religious institutions to cultivate a visually engaging presence both within their sanctuaries and in the broader community. Under her leadership the business has since broadened its range of services.

Throughout her career, Lauren has had the distinction of partnering with a diverse clientele, ranging from emerging start-ups to renowned brands. This includes collaborations with faith-based organizations and professionals from various sectors. Central to her approach is immersing herself in the core identity of a brand, uncovering its unique narrative transforming it into visually compelling narratives.
